The Victim Impact
Panel is a group of three or four victims who speak briefly about an
impaired driving crash in which they were injured, or in which a loved one
was killed or injured, and how it has and is still impacting their lives.
They tell their stories, describing how their lives and the lives of their
families and friends were affected by the crash.

Judy Bradow: Judy Bradow’s daughter, Jenny, was killed in May of
1993. Jenny had just finished her third year of college and was planning
on moving home for the summer to work at the local hospital when she was
hit by a drunk driver. That drunk driver was celebrating his sentence
completion from a previous DWI conviction. Jenny Bradow passed away a day
after the crash from the severe injuries she sustained.

Robin Cooper: Robin takes panel attendees through the painful memories
of her crash. She sustained massive
injuries from the crash that still affect her today. Robin thinks of
herself as the lucky one however; the 24-year-old
intoxicated driver that hit her paid the ultimate price, his life.

Karen Eisenhardt: Karen's
daughter, Leah,
was killed by a drunk driver. Leah and her friends were on their way
home from Dairy Queen her sophomore year of high school, on prom night,
when an intoxicated on call doctor struck Leah's car. Karen talks about
how Leah's death still impacts her daily.

Wade Mitzel: Wade has been a
paramedic for more than 10 years. He shares his many powerful experiences
of trying desperately to save victims of drunk driving crashes, both of
those that were intoxicated and their innocent victims. He also shares the
heartache of dealing with families of the victims.

Coleen Morlock: Coleen brings driving under the influence to
reality, when she shares the story of losing her mother in collision that
was caused by a 19-year-old that was under the influence of meth and
alcohol. Her story is brought to life by a 911 tape recording from those
at the scene of her mother's crash.
